International Customs | Import Taxes
For international customers, please be aware that customs and import taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Please note MUDRA is required to declare the full value of the international shipment, and include an invoice with each delivery. For further information please contact your local customs office.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges are welcome.

Please contact us within 14 days if you would like to return or exchange your order. Email us here: info@mudracollection.com. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we will offer you an exchange or credit on your account.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exemptions on receiving order back within 14 days may apply to those located outside of the UK, due to new Brexit regulations and a longer return process.

Returning parcels from outside the UK must ne marked as RETURN TO SENDER AND / GIFT - any customs fees charged to us will be deduced from the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received this. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-5 business days. 

We wouldn't be able to assist with the mailing expense you incur to mail the garment(s) back to us. We do apologise for this - as we grow & expand, we will endeavour to include free postal returns, so please do bare with us - your support is very much appreciated.

We sadly cannot be held responsible for mistakes within the mailing address that you give us, please do double check what you have submitted on your order and you may write to us to make any amendment needed. If parcels are returned to us undelivered because of a mistake in the address we will need to charge the cost of postage to re-send to you.

In the event of a missing parcel, whilst we cant personally be responsible once the delivery is with the courier we will endeavour to help locate this for you and will share the contact details of the said courier. Please contact Royal Mail / the said courier directly if you have not received your parcel after 5 days (UK) / 10 days (USA) of receiving your tracking number reference from us. 

Customs and import taxes will differ depending on your location, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient if you would like to return the order. We advise when you return the item, to disclose there is no commercial value - please state clearly that this is a return to sender parcel.

If we receive a customs invoice upon receipt or your returned order, we will contact you to advise of the situation, and may to need to deduct this from your refund, or if you are exchanging something, we will need to send a payment request to cover this fee.  So please do ensure you make it clear that this is a returning of an order.
