We thank you your investment in MUDRA and choosing our designs! Each garment is handmade with lots of love and each seam is infused with positive energy. We wish you many adventures, sensuality and memorable experiences with your new MUDRA Collection. As we grow, we hope to remove shipping fee's so please know that your support it very much appreciated.
International Customs | Import Taxes
For international customers, please be aware that customs and import taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Please note MUDRA is required to declare the full value of the international shipment, and include an invoice with each delivery. For further information please contact your local customs office.
Our policy lasts 14 days.
Please email us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to advise you would like to return for a refund - we must then receive your order back within another 14 days: email@example.com
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we will offer you an exchange or credit on your account if your request is within 21 days of placing your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Exemptions on receiving order back within 14 days may apply to those located outside of the UK, due to new Brexit regulations and a longer return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-5 business days.
We wouldn't be able to assist with the mailing expense you incur to mail the garment(s) back to us. We do apologise for this - as we grow & expand, we will endeavour to include free postal returns, so please do bare with us - your support is very much appreciated.
Customs and import taxes will differ depending on your location, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient if you would like to return the order. We advise when you return the item, to disclose there is no commercial value - please state clearly that this is a return to sender parcel.
If we receive a customs invoice upon receipt or your returned order, we will contact you to advise of the situation, and may to need to deduct this from your refund, or if you are exchanging something, we will need to send a payment request to cover this fee. So please do ensure you make it clear that this is a returning of an order.
