International Customs | Import Taxes
For international customers, please be aware that customs and import taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Please note MUDRA is required to declare the full value of the international shipment, and include an invoice with each delivery. For further information please contact your local customs office.
14 DAY RETURN POLICY
Returns & Exchanges are welcome.
If you'd like to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 14 days at info@mudracollection.com. While we can't offer refunds for purchases older than 14 days, we're happy to provide exchanges or store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.
For customers outside the UK, we understand that the return process may take longer due to Brexit regulations. When returning parcels from outside the UK, please mark them as "RETURN TO SENDER" and "GIFT" to avoid customs fees, which would be deducted from your order.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll send an email confirmation and process your refund within 4-5 business days. Please note that we're unable to cover the cost of return shipping. As we grow, we hope to offer free postal returns in the future.
Ensure your mailing address is correct, as we can't be responsible for errors in the information you provide. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll need to charge for re-shipping.
While we can't be responsible for missing parcels once they're with the courier, we'll do our best to help locate them. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 days (UK) or 10 days (USA) after receiving your tracking number, please contact Royal Mail or the respective courier directly.
Customs and import taxes may vary based on your location, and any charges incurred during a return are the recipient's responsibility. To help avoid additional fees, we recommend clearly stating that the item has no commercial value and marking the parcel as a "return to sender."
If we receive a customs invoice upon processing your returned order, we will notify you of the situation. Please be aware that we may need to deduct the fee from your refund or request payment to cover the cost if you are exchanging an item. By clearly marking your parcel as a return, you can help minimize any potential complications.
