Rita Hraiz
At the heart of Mudra is founder Rita Hraiz — a visionary artist, ethical designer, and teacher of Ageless Wisdom. Her life’s mission is to raise planetary consciousness and support others to align to their spirit and find their way back home.
Drawing from decades of experience in shamanic work and teachings from Amazonian and North American traditions, Rita helps people reconnect with themselves and navigate their own inner awakening. Through her retreats, workshops, and 1:1 sessions — both online and in person — Rita offers a gentle yet profound space for individuals to explore their inner landscapes, identify blockages, and hold space for self-realisation.
